2. How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?

Normally 10-15 working days, it depends on quantity and all order details. s, as well as the speed of customs clearance and logistics, but we guarantee that regular stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If you choose air freight, it usually takes about 5-7 days.

3.How much is shipping charge to our country? 

It depend on your total quantity, length&package,after eveything confirmed, we'll quote you shipping charge ASAP. 

4.what payment method do you accept?

5. Can I custom my own design or private label for products?

We mainly supply custom OEM/ODM service for products, you share your idea and we produce it for you, we accept to custom logo on products and custom box even we can supply your exclusive design model from your idea. 

6. What’s my warranty after purchasing?

We support every customer’s 1-year quality warranty, firstly we did the full quality inspection before loading, then we ship 100% quality safe approved products to you, During the next 1 year when they are on sale if any problem happened, we provide professional technical support to save your product any possible problem, meanwhile we supply extra free spare parts as replacement for products. 

7. How can I get samples?
